Limited Reserve Order Program Terms and Conditions
USA and Canada only at this time.
Important Information please read
---1.--- You must read, understand and agree to these terms and conditions # 2 - 11 for the RESERVE program.
--- 2.--- Reservation Step One: Down payment - I agree to pay the initial reservation fee by business check, bank money order or wire transfer. This reservation fee is 100% fully refundable should I choose to abandon my reservation. If the down payment is not received by gScreen Corp. within 14 days of the date I complete this Step 1, this reservation will be considered abandoned.
--- 3.--- Reservation Step Two: Final Payment - I understand that gScreen Corp. will notify me approximately 30-days prior to the shipment of SpaceBooks. When I receive such notice, I will either: (i) lock in my SpaceBook delivery by signing and returning to gScreen Corp., Paying the final payment fee by check or wire transfer within 14-days or (ii) defer my place in line to a subsequent time; or (iii) request a refund of the previous deposit paid.
---5--- Purchase Price --- The purchase price of a gScreen SpaceBook: The Reserve price below represents a $500-$700 discount off MSRP. (A) SpaceBook - i7 8G TOTAL = $2099 and down payment = $795 (B) SpaceBook - i5 4G TOTAL= $1899 payment = $695. gScreen Corp. reserves the right to add, discontinue or change the price of available options prior to the lock-in date. (30-days before shipping)
---6--- Cancellation --- gScreen Corp. or you may cancel your reservation and obtain a 100% full refund of all reservation fees at any time prior to or at the time of final payment deadline, Subject to applicable state law.
---7--- Modifications --- gScreen Corp. reserves the right to change any of the terms of this agreement for any or no reason, and without prior notice to you. However, if you are unhappy with any change by gScreen Corp., you can terminate your participation in this process at any time up to the date of final payment deadline and receive a refund of any fees you paid to gScreen Corp.
---8--- Limitation of Liability --- Under no circumstances will gScreen Corp. be held liable for, including, but not limited to, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your reservation or any such other products and services, even if gScreen Corp. or representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In the event gScreen Corp. is held liable for any damages related to such matters, the reservation holder's sole and exclusive remedy will be limited to reimbursement for the reservation fee specified above. The reservation holder hereby waives any and all rights to bring any claim or action related to such matters in any forum beyond two years after the first occurrence of the kind of act, event, condition, or omission upon which the claim or action is based.
---9--- Use of Funds --- gScreen Corp. reserves the right to use reservation fees for purposes determined by gScreen Corp. in its sole discretion. The reservation fees will not be held by gScreen Corp. in a segregated account.
---10--- Statistics --- We may also aggregate statistics that we gather about our customers and provide these statistics to third parties. However, when we do, these statistics will not include personal information that identifies individuals.
---11--- Legal Disclosures --- We may also use, disclose, and communicate your personal information if required to do so by law, including by an order of any court. I agree to these terms and conditions Print & Review
